The modern, light-flooded Holiday Villa Espejo is situated in an climatically excellent location at the Costa of Tijarafe, 300 meters above sea level.
Beautiful architectonic details and upscale furnishing in all rooms make your stay a unique experience.
On the 2600m² property you find a solar-heatable private pool with a sun terrace, an outdoor grill as well as another terrace surrounded by a lawn.
The 150m² living space comprises 2 levels:
- upper floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- ground floor with salon, dining room, kitchen as well as a guest toilet
The spacious Holiday Home is ideal for luxury holidays for two as well as with older children or friends. It sleeps up to 4-5 adults, 1-2 children and 1 baby.

Due to its distinctive architecture with many panoramic views and spacious green areas, the indoor and outdoor area merge into one another forming a harmonious whole.
You enjoy gorgeous views of the sea and the surrounding area.
Panoramic windows are slightly tinted, thus the rooms don’t heat up during strong sun radiation.
Due to its hillside location the upper floor is accessible from the ground level parking area.
Both floors have a private entry from outside and are also connected inside by a staircase.

The main bedroom has a double bed and offers floor-to-ceiling windows.
From your bed you enjoy a fantastic sea view.
The front the bedroom features a north-west facing terrace.
A large walk-in closet is perfectly concealed and offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom features a Jacuzzi.
The second bedroom is furnished with 2 pushed together single beds.
Discreetly hidden behind large sliding mirror doors there is a spacious wardrobe. This bedroom also offers a great view.
The third bedroom is designed for 1 up to 2 accompanying children.
The single bed is a pull-out bed and can be extended to sleep another child. There is also a desk at your disposal.
All 3 bedrooms feature wall-mounted flat screens with satellite TV.
Another spacious bathroom with a hydro-massage shower is located on the upper floor. A staircase connects the upper level with the ground floor.

The kitchen is kept in a deep red colour, which perfectly contrasts with the black stone surfaces. For a snack or coffee there is a kitchen counter with an outside view.
The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils and high-quality branded appliances.
The rear of the ground floor features a guest toilet, where you also find a washing machine neatly hidden behind sliding doors as well as a dryer and an ironing board.
The entire design of the Holiday House is stylish and harmoniously blends with sophisticated furnishing.
The Outdoor Area is designed for Relaxation
A sitting area with lounge furniture on the spacious lawn invites to enjoy the unique sea view.
In the evening this is a perfect place to make yourself comfortable, round off your day and have a good glass of Palmerian wine while enjoying one of the beautiful sunsets.
In front of the house there is a spacious west-facing terrace with an outdoor table for 6 persons where you can enjoy sunshine from midday on.
On the south side of the Holiday House you find the pool area and sun loungers
Pure relaxation inside and around the pool: the solar heated infinity pool is equipped with a counter-current system.
Upgrade for extra pool heating up to 26°C available.
The blue shades of the pool beautifully blend with the ocean and the horizon. You can enjoy a poolside drink. A small outdoor kitchen with barbecue, sink and refrigerator are at your disposal.
Above the pool there is a plateau with banana plants. On the entrance side, right in front of the Holiday House a spacious area is arranged with stones and cacti and in front there is a parking area.
