The beautifully located luxury Villa Botanico in the northwest of La Palma is certainly one of the best holiday addresses on the island if you value space, a high degree of privacy and outstanding ambience during the precious weeks of the year.
With three bedrooms, Villa Botánico offers space for a maximum of six people and a baby.
Together with good friends or with the family, it is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. The romantic finca is located on the approximately 10,000sqm upper area of the total 20,000sqm property.
The two-storey villa, which was built on a former country house with a lot of love and expertise, stylishly combines traditional Canarian architecture with oriental and Mediterranean elements.
With its beautiful natural stone façade, which is complemented by a warm yellow, it blends perfectly into the picturesque surroundings.
Inside, modern comfort awaits you.
During the heating period (01.11.-31.03.) the costs for the central gas heating in the bathrooms and bedrooms are included in the price. Firewood is provided at cost price.
In the lower part of the finca grounds there is another holiday home for two, Pabellon de Miramar, which is rented separately, but can also serve as an ideal addition if up to eight people want to spend their holiday together. The spacious grounds guarantee undisturbed privacy for both houses. The upper area with the pool and approx. 10,000 square metres of grounds are for the exclusive use of the guests of Villa Botánico.

Numerous places invite you to enjoy the idyll, let your gaze wander and still discover new things even after days.
The thick walls of natural stone keep the rooms in the villa cool in summer and warm in winter.
Modern, muntinless windows and large French doors let plenty of light into the rooms – unlike in traditional houses – and also allow wonderful views of nature and the Atlantic from inside.
Villa Botanico offers generous living comfort on approx. 160 sqm.
On the ground floor (approx. 125 sqm) there are two bedrooms with wooden floorboards, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with terracotta tiles and a dining room for six people and a well-equipped kitchen.
Both the living room and the dining room and suite have a wood-burning stove for cooler winter evenings
Firewood can be purchased at cost from the property management.
In addition, central heating (gas) is available in the bathrooms, dining room and suite during the heating period from November to March inclusive. In the house there is a TV (satellite system), stereo with CD player, telephone and internet access. The floor of antique French terracotta tiles gives the house a rustic and cosy character.
The kitchen, open to the dining room, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, as well as a wide range of crockery and cooking utensils.
The bathrooms are tiled with travertine and handmade mosaic from Fez; the hammered silver sinks of Moroccan craftsmanship give the bathrooms a clear oriental inspiration.
Upstairs, a suite with bathroom and balcony accommodates two additional guests.

The garden was lovingly laid out over many years and impresses with an incredible variety of plants.
From the garden pond surrounded by terraces with tropical water lilies, you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean including unforgettable sunsets.
Equally inviting is the unobstructed view over the gently sloping hills down to the sea from the vantage point in front in the lower part of the garden and from the pool terrace.
