The villa offers two stylish bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second with two single beds and a separate shower room. Both bedrooms feature large wardrobes and charming Palmerian wooden gabled roofs, creating a spacious and airy feel.

The outdoor area includes a heated 7×3-meter pool on the sunny terrace. A retractable glass dome allows for swimming in any weather; it can be opened on sunny days or closed during rain or cooler temperatures to keep the pool water above 20°C. Additional pool heating can be booked if needed. Sun terraces are furnished with comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and seating – the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of local Palmerian wine in the evening sun surrounded by blooming jasmine.

Since September 2022, the villa has been energy self-sufficient with a 7 kWp photovoltaic system providing reliable power. Inside, modern conveniences like fiber-optic Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and air conditioning enhance the comfortable living experience.
